i have two processes X ?

i have a question
wen i run
ps ax|grep X
14126 tty8 Ss+ 0:03 /usr/bin/X -br -novtswitch -quiet -nolisten tcp :0 vt8 -auth /var/run/xauth/A:0-31fAuD
14134 tty8 S+ 0:00 /usr/bin/X -br -novtswitch -quiet -nolisten tcp :0 vt8 -auth /var/run/xauth/A:0-31fAuD
way it's appear two processes ?
my video board is
lspci |grep vi

A quick google reveals that your unknown ATI 717f is related to you video card which I would guess is a ATi RADEON X1550 256MB DDR2 64-bit Dual Display DVI VGA/ S-Video/ PCI-E Video Card. I would guess that the second X is running on the second head. Try connecting your monitor to it and see if you have another desktop shown.

This is just a quick google and some guess work, so if anyone knows better .....

I have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about when you say

, but you kill with "kill 14134", without the quotes, or whatever the pid number is. You do this in a terminal, you may have to do this as root.
