How to install extra packages for native Slackware TeXLive

I installed TeXLive 2021 from Slackware 15.0 installation DVD. But when I try to compile a file with the following line:

Code:
\usepackage[LGRgreek]{mathastext}
I get an error: LaTeX Error: File `mathastext.sty' not found.
In native TeXLive there is a program tlmgr for package management. But in Slackware installation it doesn't exist. How can I install the missing package?
