Question How can I enable this for all consoles on startup

Just a simple question how can I enable this to work for all virtual consoles on startup:

setterm -blength 0

(This disables that annoying beeping sound BTW).

You could try the /etc/profile script for system wide. If it is only a user specific preference then in the users home directory try creating .profile or .bashrc (.cshrc) script.

Maybe

echo "setterm -blength 0" >>/etc/rc.d/rc.M

would work.
