Sorry for expressing my frustration earlier. I didn't mean to upset you.

justwantin's advice is best. Just start over. Try installing Slack to one partition first. It's not really necessary anymore to have a separate /boot partition; that is an issue for booting on older computers.

For us home users, you really only need /home and /usr/local in separate partitions, so that they can be preserved in future upgrades or installations.
