Hi! I make ffmpeg by SlackBuild witout all filter, so now I say: "It's possible to upgrade or use ffmpeg with new filter (vid in this case) compiled (SlackBuild) much later?". I don't want to recompile ffmpeg it again!
Finally I solved recompiled ffmpeg with vidstab module. It works fine so now the problem is video quality. If I use vidstab in two stepes (detect and transform), output video has low quality respect the source. Some suggestions about this?

ffmpeg is the Swiss Army Knife, the codecs are the equipment. I suggest a web search for examples. If you live in the Excited States your options on codecs may be limited. You can probably improve on it, but you'll have to work at it, and maybe grab other codecs.
