counter part of "service network restart"

Hello,
what is the counterpart of "service network restart" ( what we have in fedora core / redhat ) in slackware 10.0
Actually what i'm intending to ask is: what command should i run after making changes in network configurations like
#vi /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf etc

regards

the directory /etc/init.d/ has all the services. (i cannot confirm that 'coz i'm not on Linux right now, but i am sure it is in the init folder). you can use /etc/init.d/<service-name> start/stop/restart/ ..etc

in most cases there is a " restart " option, but not with inet1.
so you can use :

/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 stop
/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 start
