That's the worst part of Slackware stable you can be bitten with : the machine barely never reboots

I originally chose not to close this because it technically wasn't "solved" for me; I found a work around that let me transfer files, but trying to mount my phone from any file manager still raised the same issue.

However, it seems that in the numerous updates since, it got fixed somewhere along the way, so I'll mark it as such now.
