Is that Mozilla or Mozilla-firefox? Are you running the free version of mandriva or paid for?

Anyway if you set up urpmi you will be able to update all your software including Mozilla which might fix it. There will be a lot of updates. If you go to easy urpmi zarb.org and follow the instructions it will give you the sources from which to download extra software and update your existing software. Click on 'proceed to step two' (as you have mandriva 10.2) and then choose a mirror by ticking the boxes on the left. Choose a mirror for each category which is geographically close.

Obviously 'updates' will give you all the current updates. 'plf' (both) will give you packages you may need ie for playing dvd's and many other things. 'Jpackage' is for java packages. I tend to get everything except jpackage. So once you have ticked the boxes and chosen the country nearest, click 'proceed to step three'. The print out you get is then pasted (as root user - type su at the console and give root password)
into a console. It will automatically start to download. It may need prompting part way through.

Once completed you can update your software and download extras through the mandrake control centre.
