How do i install this? et-linux-2.56-2.x86.run

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory for Linux...

You will need to open a Terminal (Console) window.
At the command line, go to the directory where the file is located.
And type:

chmod 755 et-linux-2.56-2.x86.run
./et-linux-2.56-2.x86.run
