Yes . . . but, if you'll look at the forum headings here, http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/, I think you'll see that no distro has seperate forums for separate architectures.
Did they, Slackware would need four. Debian would need ten.
Since the vast majority of the questions would be the same whether it's 64 or 32 bit - how do I install, where do I go for... and so on - having a separate forum would, IMO, just make things more awkward for posters.
I used to browse the ubuntu 64-bit forum, it was handy having all the 64-bit threads together but I'm not desperate, I'm quite happy with just the one. I guess it does make sense to keep it all in one place.
It's worth noting that the Ubuntu forum only supports Ubuntu and variants so it's not a huge stretch to add a 64-bit sub-forum there. We currently have 30 distribution forums (though not all are current distros, of course) and adding a 64-bit forum would just make it harder for posters to find a place to put their questions: is the Grub problem a 64-bit problem or general to either, for example.
Besides, as more and more people buy new laptops and desktops and servers, the number of 64-bit distro users will increase and eventually the question "64-bit or 32-bit" will mean less and less. I guess.
