Eee pc 701SD (ISUS), I bought this little note book second hand,wen i switch it on it only has basic menu with 2 options on-there is no windows or similar and it mentions something about a bug-i am no good with computers-so any step by step help will be so appreciated... thankyou

Well, before anyone can help you, you need to tell us exactly WHAT the bug message you saw said. Also, what are the "two options" you see when you switch it on? (There are many different thing that can cause the problems you're having, so the more details you provide, the more likely it is that someone may be able to help you.)
