Strange message on console

Hi all. I am running RedHat 7.3, and it seems that every now and then I get these strange messages on my console. I leave my server at the login prompt and I connect from my workstation via SSH.

The message thats showing up on my console is:
NET: 19 requests
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
NET: 1 requests
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
NET: 5 requests
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10
192.168.###.## --> 192.168.###.# --> tos 10

etc... and it just goes on. I can't scroll up so I can't see the very first message, and it leaves me with a blinking cursor on the last line. The only way to get back to the login prompt is to hit Ctrl+C and that causes the console to clear...

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

...of course there are actual numbers in place of the ###, and each set is different....

example:
192.168.123.45 --> 192.168.987.6 tos10

i also have a problem with messages coming up on my console the message is:

usb-uhci.c: inturrupt, status 3, frame# 362 (the frame number changes everytime the message appears, which is at least every second).
I've removed the /dev/console entries from my syslog.conf file, but nothing happens, can someone please help?
