NTP is off.

Ok, I have a wierd problem. I have ntp on my computer (running Debian Woody, its all up to date) and it seems to be set up right. For some reason though, the clocks in my house (they're ones that synchronize to the atomic clock) disagree with my computer's time. Is there any way to verify if ntp is working correctly and synchronizing?
