NTFS (winxp) drive is accessible only by root, why NTFS (winxp) drive not accessible

Okay, imy distro is mdk 10 and for some reason the fstab entry (that ive used along mdk 9 );

/dev/hdc5 /mnt/windows_osio ntfs umask=222,dmask=222 0 0

does not work anymore....
What I need is read-only access to my ntfs partition that holds all my mp3s...
Did I do something wrong.. cause only root can access the drive right now. pls help

Note... the part IS mounted, but accessible only by root user.
