I use REDHAT9.0 and when I access some homepages written by Japanese,
I just can see some strange code and I need some helps about how to add
language support in REDHAT9.0. For instance, I want to support Japanese when
I suffer Internet. I also appreicate some methods for inputing Japanese .

Did you choose Japanese as one of the supported languages when you installed RH9? The language support can probably be added later, though I don't know how...

Adding the Japanese language support will also install necessary tools to input Japanese text, such as Canna and kinput2.
