dual booting fedora 5

Hi all im new to dual booting so here is what I have

Im running windows xp and fedora 5 they both work realy well but when I first boot up the computer if im not fast enough and push the space bar in 2 seconds my computer boots up in Fedora. Is there a way to change the delay when i boot the computer to have time to push the space bar, or is there a way to go directly to the menu choice to pick what system i want to boot.
HHHHHHelp.

Lucky for you the default boot is Fedora!
Go to /boot/grub/menu.lst and change the timeout there.
