Boot Screen for red hat?


Is it possible to put a windows-style boot screen on redhat 9.0, or at least some kind of image? The running ddown text is disgustingly unattractive. Thanks.

If you are used to compiling your own kernels then it isn't that difficult. If you aren't then I would suggest becoming familiar with that proccess first:
