Is there any way to captured the NTP client logs which are syncing time with our NTP server. Our log file so for containg NTP server daemon related logs only.
I'm sorry, but do not understand it. clients are running on other hosts and you can log their activity on their own hosts (or you can try remote logging if configured).

Dear pan64,
We just want to log all ntp client request along with their time, IP , sync status etc which are reaching on our NTP server. So time client complaints that your NTP server was not available for short period of time, and for that time we were not sure whether their request was reached to server or not. We have to use tcpdump most of the time for troubleshooting.

Thanks pan64,
By using your link I am able to log client requests through iptables daemon. But I tried hard to find out any NTP server builtin mechanism to log client request , it looks like some how it does not provide such functionality. If any one knows please share.
