A quick update. It has been brought to my attention that I never posted the 10 winners in this thread. My apologies, I thought I had and all accounts were properly upgraded on July 6, 2009. The winners were:

H_TeXMeX_H
jcasman
Suncoast
Admiral Beotch
camorri
john test
mpoplawski
LoeschME
fred!head
wabbalee
I'd like to once again thank everyone for the feedback and suggestions. They are absolutely critical to us, and we really do listen to them.

Jeremy,

One serious suggestion:

DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMAT OF POSTS. This clear, easily readable and friendly appearance has contributed much in ushering active membership, as well as friendliness to the grappling newbies.

Not much can be expressed in words concerning an accomplishment of this magnitude. I personally think one sincere word wouldn't even be enough, but let me say this anyway:
C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S !
We are proud of what you have done to help people: and we are proud being a part of this.

Good luck.

My belated wishes! Wishing many more happy years of service. Thank you Jeremy for all you have done. It has been very useful to me. I am very happy and content with the current format. I also salute the number of committed guys who help others with their knowledge and time. Once when I had a problem and had to submit an assignment, one person 'coulcix' stood with me for almost 24 hours round the clock and help sort my problem.

Keep it up guys!
Bless you

One thing that hasn't changed is the fantastic LQ member-base and the dedicated mod team. I'd like to once again thank each and every one of you; you truly make LQ what it is. Feedback and member suggestions have been absolutely critical to our success and growth. With that in mind, I'd like to use this thread to collect as much feedback as possible about LQ. What are we doing well and where can we improve? What new features or sections would you like to see? What should we be doing differently? Let us know your thoughts, we really are listening. As a thank you, I'll be randomly selecting 10 suggestions from this thread and upgrading the posting member to a contributing member for one year.

Happy Birthday LQ!

Here is a problem that I see often (especially in the Newbie forum):

It's that someone has a tough question that is replied to rarely, and before the next post comes a huge amount of newbies create a lot of threads, pushing the question off the first page, never to be solved. This actually happened to a few of my questions, and I still haven't solved most of them.

As for now the only solution seems to be intentional bumping, but I thought that's considered rude. I wonder if there is some solution to this?
