Post Problem installing windows 11 on PI4

Managed to start the wizard successfully but pi4 seemed to use space on sd card instead of my ext hard drive usb. The error message said to use DL-DTR to configure the Pi to use space there instead if the SD. I do not know where DL-DTR is or how to configure. Please can someone help me get past this stage. thanks.

Installing Windows is off-topic for LinuxQuestions.

If installing Windows is supported, you should be asking Microsoft Support about this.

There is a setting in RPi4 to boot from USB instead of the microSD. I do not remember what it was, search for it. Also if I recall correctly there was only a special version of Windows that could boot from RPi4, search for it as well.
