I am sorry but you are trying to do something silly and pointless.
PCLinuxOS 2007 is seven years old and, thus, unsuported and will not have security or bug fixes.
Please do not run an old OS and become one of the many inadvertent spammers and DDoSers on the onternet just because you have a bee in your bonnet about OS upgrade cycles.

:by the way, who is maintaining the iso-images of linuxquestion.org ?
Sorry, didn't check your join date before posting.
Might something like ukmirrors (or similar which seems to come up in my installation as a candidate) have an archive? The wayback machine and the like may also have saved some though I guess they just archive pages and not large files.

Michaelx, a couple things:
*) Please don't hijack very old unrelated threads. I've broken this discussion off into a dedicated thread.
*) LQ ISO is maintained by a team of volunteers. That said, we simply link to official mirrors. Many mirrors remove old releases, because they typically should not be used. As they are not maintained and do not receive any security fixes, it's recommended that you use a supported release.
Actually, there will be few "not found"s, since many of these sites are still there. But the fact that they were listed in 2007 does not mean that they will have 2007 software. As knidfl said, PCLinuxOS is rolling release so the official and mirror repositories are all current. The site that has banned you has its own collection of old software, and I suspect it's unique.
I tried several and the result was file not found on all but one. That one did go to the PCLinux repositories for the current release, 12-2014. I doubt that file repositories for 2007 are available. One of the links I posted indicated 2009 was the last release compatible with 2007.
I might be mis-reading the original post but he seemed to be looking for repositories for the old PCLinux 2007 and he already had the installation medium or had it installed. It is still available at at least one of the links on the site below:
