how to make bootloader(Mandrake9.1).


I wanted to install bootloader on floppy disc but (my computer may have some hardware problem)some how during the os installation computer skipped bootloader install section and result was bootloader on harddisc.
So I need to install bootloader on floppy(exactry the same as installation cd do during installation process).how?
