thats basically what it says when i look up the lspci -v (i am very new to linux, i just looked that up somewhere =),

but anyway my problem, whenever i load up linux, it seems to hang when it says bringing up eth0, i mean it really hangs there for about 10 mins then it says it failed, is there anyway i can fix it so my eth0 does not fail? i tried creating new eth but does not work, any help would be great

what does the contents of /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 say? how are you getting an ip for the interface? and how did you manage to turn 8139 into 3193??

its probably hanging because its looking for a dhcp responce.
