Apache die after programmed task

Hi friends, this is my problem:

Apache is dying when an unknown task is executed automaticaly by cron. Thats what I supposed, because Apache die always at same hour, however, itīs difficult to determine the days when it happen. I guess, it is relationated with the daily programmed task, but i am not sure. The logs says that processes do not exit, finally sends a restart but it does not ocurr. I donīt know where to check.

This is part of the log file, the last sentence is my manually restart of httpd.
