Help with Fedora 2 installation!!!!


I am attempting to install Fedora on my laptop that is a Dell Inspiron 1150. When I attempt put the first cd I select the graphical installation, when it finishes loading with the text it goes into a green screen. At this screen I can't do anything, I attempted to any key on the keyboard with no aveil. Can anybody help me!!!!

Computer Specs.
Intel Celeron 2.4Ghz
256 Ram
Inter 82852 Graphical controller

I am thinking that it might be my video card or display monitor.

Try selecting the lower display settings when you get the install prompt. I can't remember the exact entry but there is a help section at the prompt which should tell tou all you need.

Try to use "linux text" to install. This mode is almost guaranteed to work. You will move around the menus using arrows and TAB key but it is not bad at all. Besides, it allows an important option to force Linux to use LBA32 mode to allow Windows dual boot if your BIOS does not have such option.
