[supergfx] dGPU is always active, even though not in use (Nobara Linux 39)

Hello, so I'm new to Linux and one issue occurred. I have HP Omen 15.6' laptop with these components Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX 3060. I was messing with power management to get the best battery life possible and this is when it started to happen. These are steps I've taken when it happened
  • Removed power-profiles-daemon and installed tlp. Reason being: power-profiles-daemon isn't really friendly with amd-pstate-epp driver. Issue didn't occur then
  • Messed around with energy-performance-preference settings: Reason being: iGPU voltage was stuck at 1.46V pretty much. Settled on balance-performance
  • Applied this script: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Len...MD_P-State_EPP. Then I connected a charger and dGPU is active never went away after that. Then I read the post again and realise I don't even need this script. Got rid of these rules, but the issue didn't dissapear.

Will appreciate any help!

I have no personal experience with Nvidia, but I found an article from the Arch Wiki that looks like it might help.
