Message "could not connect to database" when login

Hi all,
Since some days, my computer show this message when I log into the system (console):

"Could not connect to database"

the same message is showed up when I use commands like chown or chgrp, suppose something of the auth system is broken. I think that the installation of gforge that a mate make two weeks ago has something to do.

Im using Debian testing 2.6.15-686-smp into a intel 3 Ghz HT server, no desktop or X server is installed.

Thanks in advance.
