latest redhat beta and nvidia drivers

greetings friends,

i recently installed the latest redhat beta, and am having an extremely hard time installing the nvidia drivers, the files fail on the rpmbuild -bb NVIDIA* part of my install, works fine in redhat 8.0, browsing the net it tells me to insert %debug_packages %{nill} into my ~/.rpmmacros files, i have no idea where this file is or even if the command is right, any info would be greatly appreciated.
