Unhappy How to install Hauppauge WINTV PVR-150 on Mandriva2005LE

iii...
i'm a newbies in Linux..i must learn more from all of u..
i want to install tv card(Hauppauge WINTV PVR-150) at my Mandriva2005LE...and like to install LIRC too.I don't know how to start.Anybody else can help me...i appreatiate it..thanks
