Install FreeBSD in the first partition. I would recommend that you install Fedora before you install BSD and that you put its GRUB into the MBR. You can partition your drive before you start the install using a livecd such as gparted as Systemrescue. When you install BSD, tell it to use its STANDARD boot manager, which leaves GRUB alone. Once your systems are set up, boot into Fedora and add BSD to GRUB by inserting this into /boot/grub/menu.lst:
title FreeBSD
root (hd0,a)
kernel /boot/loader
boot
