Question Makin an installer

I have made my linux from scratch system, i'm happy with it.

It's mainly a gamers system, Quake, Doom, NVidia Drivers etc installed, even a CounterStrike server!

BUT, i have a bunch of friends who want a copy and I would also like to put my distribution on the net for others to download.

My problem is I want to create a nice graphical installer (like Lizard or preferably Anaconda (i like anaconda lots!)) for my distribution but I haven't a clue how.

I may be stupid be I am pretty much a who got into lfs!

I'll be greatful of any replies!

BTW : I haven't finished reading the book completely, if it says at the end of the book on how to make the installer please tell me

No the book doesn't contain instructions for an installer. Personally I can't help you there either.

Try searching the LFS mailinglist archives using http://search.linuxfromscratch.org maybe something will turn up (I know for a fact many people have made installers, but I don't remember if there were any anaconda based ones, or GUI ones in general).

Thanks anyway. I'm off to search the mailing list now.

Well, temporarily a text-based installer will do, cuz i could use that to install it for my friends. But in the future, I will need a (simple) GUI installer because it needs to be easy for newbies to use.

But thanks

Nice installer

Nice installer can be done by using NCURSES library.
And install new pagages by rpm or installpkg :-)
