Old versions of FreeBSD: ftp://ftp.svbug.com/pub/FreeBSD/install-iso/

Old versions of Slackware: ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/mirror/ftp.slackware.com/

See also: http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/historic-...distributions/

I installed Slackware 1.1.2 under qemu recently just for a laugh. What stuck out most was how much of a pain X11 was to configure back then!
