Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a website out there that list all of the linux distributions that have downloads for USB flash drives.

I want to run my linux from a flash drive.

Thanks

I'm sure this is not all of them, but a few are listed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_USB under GNU/Linux Live-CD Derived.

You might want to look at this site which tells you how to make your own Pendrive Linux using PCLinuxOS 0.93a mini-me. Using these instructions, with only one difference, I was able to create an extended Pendrive Linux (ie an oversize one with loads of added software) based on PCLinuxOS 2007. The difference is that a package called "mtools" needs to be installed otherwise the "syslinux" command at the end fails.
