ICH7 hD AUDIO


Using Fedora 8 my sound cart behave sometimes strange
When I boot up it gives sometimes the warning that the sound cart is not working .When I configure it again as long I do not shutdown the system
it is working fine .After a few boot ups than it do not work again
I do not know how to make it that it always works
Any help will most help full

Please show is the output of

# lspci -vv

for your soundcard - just so we know what we are dealing with.
How are you configuring the card?

the command lspci -vv or lspci even as root command unknown
I did it with settings> sound card detection
Further help is much appreciate
