x11vnc: clipboard and right click menu(context menu) "Paste" item not in sync

Hello,

Using x11vnc to connect to linux machine.
I will list OS and DE(desktop environment) combinations I know issue is present but I suspect this is general issue independent of OS or DE:
Host: Windows7 x64
Remote: Arch x64, lubuntu x64
Remote DE: xfce, lxde

Copy/Paste Remote->Host works just fine.
Copy/Paste Host->Remote works fine if I use Ctrl+v to paste on Remote(middle button also works), but if I want to use right click context menu "Paste" I can't cause it is disabled like there is nothing to paste.

x11vnc is running as root, cause I want to see my lightdm display manager(tried as simple user - the same problem), command line:

Code:
/usr/bin/x11vnc -norc -forever -reopen -cursor arrow -bg -localhost -rfbauth /root/.vnc/passwd -auth /var/run/lightdm/root/:0 -rfbport 5900 -display :0 -o /var/log/x11vnc.log
Using tigervnc client but also tried tightvnc and results are the same.

Any ideas how to solve this ?

Thanks,
Vilius M.
