Fedora 39 did not want to install or boot issue ram issue?

But its did not works from Live DVD how to debug liveinst more? i find out that old fedora 39 have boot issue because ram its get to boot recovery root console, install did not works need to use micro dnf instead of dnf. So idea? https://bugzilla-attachments.redhat....cgi?id=1998157

I assume the ISO file downloaded is valid.

How did you create the install media? Are you using a USB drive or DVD?

Dvd-r i tryed to check but can only check md5 sum.
Browser and other works only installastion that give i/o error

Can you view the contents of the DVD? Does it appear to look ok?

Yes its look good issue is about installation and boot.
