I could not find a streamtuner rpm so I downloaded and attempted to configure the source, but for some reason that I am unaware of I keep getting the following error;

configure: error: unable to find the libcurl library

I have 7.12.1 and streamtuner only requires a minimum of 7.10.8. So why doesn't it see it? Does anyone know how I can deal with this problem?
