touch-pad click problem

hi
I'm using fedora 11 x86 live now and I'm facing the first problem which is that i couldn't get the effect of hitting the touch area of mouse touch-pad to get left click effect so i should use left click button every time i need to "it is so boring"
i searched on the internet but i didn't find any thing related to my problem
so please help me

If you are using the Gnome live cd, go to Preferences>Mouse and tick the enable Tap to Click box. If you are using the KDE live CD, open and terminal and type:

synclient TapButton1=1

In KDE this is good for the session you are in, but must do it each time unless you change the hal policy (I believe), which of course you would not do with a live session.

Fedora disables tap-to-click by default for some reason.
