FC6 problem with installing ATI drivers from livna.

Ok, so after I installed FC6 I did a "yum -y update". Now I'm trying to install ATI drivers for my RADEON 7500. I added the livna repository and typed in
Code:
yum -y --enablerepo livna install kmod-fglrx
and it gave me this error:

Code:

To this newbie it looks like it's trying to update from the i586 kernel to the i686 for the dependency ... but that's as far as I can get with fixing this. Should I try to update the kernel to i686 myself or what? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, sadly FC6 installs an i586 kernel instead of i686 on some machines, maybe something that might have been overlooked.
1) Try "yum update kernel"
2) This is actually a trick that came in handy for me, during installation i purposely installed the FC6 xen kernel and when i got drivers from livna, it automatically removed it and replaced with the proper kernel. Try this if you are willing to reinstall.

They was a lot of activity about this issue recently, someone will surely help you out.
