Development has ceased since v4, basically. There was a huge falling-out between the development team and Mr. Shingledecker, and not much has happened since. The original goal of the project was to fit a self-contained and useful OS in 50MB. This being accomplished, further 'development' may, in a sense, be redundant anyway. Speaking strictly for myself, V3.1 works great on a AMD K6 machine that I have, and I really don't see the need to upgrade it to anything. Sure, it sucks for flash video (v7 is the highest it handles), but them's the breaks...
