Thumbs down Heterogeneous network logon

Hello,

I'm having a very boring scenario, could you help me?

I have a RH9 autentification server. I got also two machines w/ RH9 and a Conectiva 9 (one each).

The /home is mounted on the server also.

I log on in the RH9 machine, and everything works fine. But when I logged on the Conectiva with the same user, I got a problem: the system could not run the /usr/bin/autorun (that's the message).

So, I tried to create on the server a new user, so I can use it on the conectiva machine. But the Conectiva does not refresh the allowed user list.

Questions:
1. How can I "migrate" a RH9 linux to a Conectiva Linux? (I'm using KDE as window manager)
2. How can I inform the Conectiva computer that the server's user list has been updated?

Tks!
