CLEE download availability

a few days ago, i came across this article thanks to a really really nice brasilian page :

http://idgnow.terra.com.br/idgnow/co...e/2002/11/0019

in wich it was stated that:

quick translation:

Conectiva's CEO comfirmed that the latest Conectiva version would be available for download just as Conectiva 8 is.

but surprisingly, when i got the conectiva newsletter, there was the link to an article (http://www.terra.com.br/informatica/.../11/26/004.htm) that says that:

even quiker translation:

only the source code will be available and you'll have to download the source code, compile and add the binaries, rebuilding the distro almost from 0

will it (conectiva linux enterprise edition CLEE) be freely available
for download just as every other version was?

thanks for your comments :
