Hi John,
Thank you for your kind concern, is gimp 2.10 the one coming already installed on CLD 18 and gmic plugin is the one coming out looking for it with "eix".
You can see details on pastebin link. I am not using CLD now because another annoying problem came out: switching on the computer the following day Plasma is locked and I don't have solved it yet, also asking help on the official CLD forum no answer till now, here:
