Help N00B learn Slackware

I think people are afraid that they can't (trivially) get the 'apps' they want (like the 50k in Deb/Ubu), with Slackware.

I'd like a 1-line pkg install howto, like
alias i='sudo apt install'
(and the basic pkg cmds to do like dpkg -?, to search/query an installed/repo pkg/file)

I want the minimal gui (xcfe?) and seamonkey
and only the programs which I know!

I want to config the *very minimal* kernel to use in VB
(and then config busybox, like mll distro)

For mll, wget <URL of static binary>
is my pkg mgr
