The texlive package currently shipped for slackware64-current (texlive-2022.220522-*-1 at the time of writing) lacks some packages, while still containing packages depending on some of them.
For example, the minted package is still shipped, but the dependency fvextra is not. Furthermore, packages like adjustbox, sectsty, subfigure, tocloft and wrapfig are missing as well, which makes me think this might not have been intended.
I noticed the disappearance of tocloft. I used tocbasic instead. I have generally found that TeX code copy-pasted from the Internet works maybe half the time.

Among others, minted's dependencies(i reported that upstream), adjustbox, sectsty, mdframed, comment and tocloft are now included in the latest update in -current.
wrapfig wasn't updated for 20 years, there is wrapfig2 as alternative.
subfigure is deprecated by upstream, caption is recommended.
