Hello everyone, and congratulations for this nice forum.
I abandoned it some time ago and I'm settling into Linux Mint, there's one thing I can't resolve, when I use the scroll to navigate with Firefox (and also on other occasions) I hear a really annoying electric popping noise , the graphics card driver is its own, if I replace it with a generic driver, the noise disappears, but at the same time it no longer records the screen with software like Kazam, is there a solution?
Thank you
Don't just write what comes into your head. Be very precise and detailed. When exactly does your noise occur? Is it the speaker popping or signal noise, etc.
It sound to me like an issue in either the /etc/pulse/daemon.conf file with the default sampling rate.
Really??? What leads you to this conclusion, especially since the OP said that changing the GRAPHICS DRIVER made the problem go away??? How did you determine this, when the OP said nothing about their hardware, or existing sound configuration???
Many of your posts are like this; is there a point?

The noise is mainly heard when I scroll through web pages or write with the keyboard.
If you silence the audio output, the noise is not heard.
Your desk is directly inputting to your microphone.
Something is crazy wrong with your sound drivers.
Do a little experimentation. Tap on keys, knock on the desk, tap on the pc case, test the volume on your microphone. If your mic is high, turn it down. If you suspect your drivers, change them. Let us know what you come up with.

To add to this; what kind of keyboard/mouse?? Wired or wireless??
