AMD ROCm 6.1 with build scripts

Hi all,

I'm would like to sharing my repo https://www.ixip.net/rocm/ with most of necessary packages to using AMD ROCm 6.1 on Slackware 15 / current x86_64 with build scripts.

In directory sources I put a readme.txt file with few notes about compilation process.

This endeavor took me 3 weeks and I'm not sure if I would take on a new one.

I don't use ROCm but nice to see this. Simple effect scripts.

Added hipBLASLt required for PyTorch and Matrix Algebra on GPU and Multicore Architectures (with ROCm/HIP) MAGMA 2.8.0 with build script. ROCm-core is updated.
