Simple Java 3D Graph Visualizer Example

Hello,
I'm looking for an example of a graph visualization program in java. I'm not sure the exact name of what I want but I want to draw connections of nodes to each other in 3D space. So I guess it is nodes and edges and the nodes should repel each other.

Something simple, anyone have a good example?

Thanks,
Philip

I have found something called WilmaScope that is a sort of interactive 3D graph generator. I think this is just what I need, and I have managed to download and build the source code in NetBeans. I just need to get rid of the some of the features and build something to add nodes automatically from my data.

http://wilma.sourceforge.net/ if anyone fancies a look.
