Periodic audio & visual stuttering on all distros

Hello,
I've recently switched from Windows 10 to Debian 12 and on fresh install I've encountered Issues with all of my applications having occasional stutters. For example when watching videos on Youtube, once every 5 minutes it'd stutter and/or playback the last 0.5 seconds of audio/video again. I first tried to edit the Pipewire's "default.clock.min-quantum" to 256, then 1024, then 2048 but to no avail. I then installed the proprietary NVidia graphics drivers but this too didn't help. I then switched from Debian 12 Gnome to Cinnamon and KDE, but these didn't solve my issue. I then tried Fedora Workstation but I still had issues with stuttering. I've also tried to switch my headphones from the front IO Jacks to the ones on my motherboard but this also didn't solve the stuttering. I've also updated my Bios and now I'm back on Debian 12 at the moment.

Here is the result of running lspci:

Running Linux with one NVidia GPU generally entails special setup skill, often including installation of proprietary software drivers from NVidia. It gets more complicated when, like you, there are two NVidia GPUs in the system. I suggest doing some research on the use of two NVidia GPUs in the same PC, and also providing additional current system information to help us help you. Do this in an X terminal:
Code:
inxi -GSaz --vs
Then paste all its input/output here using code tags. Please always use code tags when pasting command input/output into a web forum such as this.
