This has nothing to do with Linux; you have a Samsung phone running Android. And while Android may be based on Linux, it is not. Since your problem description is you "don't care" for it, and you're unhappy with the speed of focus, what do you expect people here to be able to tell you??? We have no idea what you're seeing, why it's 'bad' for you, etc. Want another camera app? Then go into the app store and buy/download one and try it.
